Shipping Policy – Him Herbal Ayurveda

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Him Herbal Ayurveda. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving the order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location.

Himachal / Punjab / Delhi – 2 to 4 days
Other States in India – 3 to 7 days
Remote Areas – 5 to 8 days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or weather conditions.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message / Email / WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.
Tracking number will be provided to track your order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) on most orders across India.
COD may not be available in some remote locations.

6. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for delivery failure due to wrong address or phone number.

7. Damaged or Lost Package

If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
